2. What we collect
We collect personal data only when you send us a message through the contact form. The form asks for:

- your company (optional)
- your email address
- your message
When any visitor loads a page, our hosting provider processes technical data such as the IP address, browser type and time of the request. It uses this data to deliver the page and protect the site against abuse. We do not combine this data with anything else.
3. No cookies, analytics or tracking
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media plugins or other third-party scripts. That is why you see no cookie banner.
4. Why we use your data
- To answer your enquiry. We use the details you send through the form to reply and to discuss any work you ask about. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To run and secure the website. Our hosting provider processes technical request data for this purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or automated decisions, and we do not sell it.
5. Who processes your data for us
We use the following service providers. Each processes personal data only on our instructions.
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website. Pages and the contact form run in Vercel’s Frankfurt, Germany region.
- Resend delivers the email that the contact form generates. We use Resend’s EU region.
- Google provides the email inbox that receives contact form messages.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area or may access data from outside it. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows. If we enter into a contract with you or your company, we keep related correspondence for as long as the law requires. Our hosting provider keeps technical request logs for a short, limited period.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct inaccurate data
- ask us to delete your data
- ask us to restrict how we use your data
- object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests
- receive your data in a portable format
